The real problem: two markets, one checkout

Cancún is a destination where 60% of tourists come from the United States. They pay in dollars. They expect to book online the same way they book a hotel on Expedia.

But the local market pays in pesos and uses Mercado Pago.

Building a single system that handles both currencies, both payment methods, and both types of customer — that’s what we built.

The platform

A booking system built from scratch, specifically for Cancún airport transfers:

Instant quotes, no WhatsApp needed. The customer selects their hotel from the catalog. The system knows all 17 distance zones from the airport, calculates the price instantly, and shows the quote. No waiting for a message. No “I’ll send you the price in a bit.”

215 hotels integrated. From the Hotel Zone to Playa del Carmen. Every property with address, airport distance, and pre-configured pricing zone.

Pay however you want. Dollars with a US card → Square. Pesos with a Mexican card → Mercado Pago. The system detects the currency and routes to the right gateway automatically.

No-account management. The customer gets a unique link to view, modify, or cancel their booking — no account creation, no password, no friction.

The result

A platform that sells transfers 24 hours a day, in English, in dollars and pesos, without anyone having to answer a WhatsApp message.

The money that used to go to OTAs now goes directly to the operator.
