Do I need to know how to code to use the automations?

What types of tasks can be automated?

n8n or Zapier — which do you use and why?
It depends on the case. Zapier is faster to set up for standard integrations between popular apps. n8n is more powerful for complex logic, data transformation and cases where you need total control — and it is open source, so you can run it on your own server without paying per execution.
Can you automate WhatsApp Business?
Yes, with the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). It requires Meta approval and a dedicated phone number. Automations include confirmations, reminders, FAQ answers and lead follow-up — all within WhatsApp policies.
